This is a translation of the Italian terms, provided for your convenience. If the two differ, the Italian text prevails.

1. The service

Tasky is an app for organising your commitments, offered by Enjinia. It is in a trial phase (beta): access is by invitation and the service is free.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens with your account. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication. The invitations you receive are personal; send the ones you give to people you know.

3. Fair use

Do not use Tasky for unlawful activities, to send offensive or unwanted content, to try to access other people's accounts or to overload the service. In these cases we may suspend the account.

4. Your content

The content you enter remains yours. You authorise us to process it only to provide you with the service, as described in the privacy policy.

5. Artificial intelligence

Task suggestions are generated automatically and may contain mistakes (a wrong date, a misunderstood detail): that is why nothing enters your list without your confirmation. Always check what matters.

6. Availability

Being a trial version, Tasky is provided "as is": it may change, have interruptions or errors. We make regular backups, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of Tasky, for example for a reminder that did not arrive.

7. Closing the account

You can delete your account whenever you like from your Profile. We may end the trial with notice by email, leaving you time to save what you need.
