Tasky — Organise everything, simply Sign in

In beta, by invitation

Your commitments organise themselves.

Dictate a voice note, forward an email, share a message: Tasky works out the tasks to do and finds the right day and time for each one, around your hours and your appointments. You confirm with a tap and share them with whoever helps you.

No invitation? Leave your email: we will write as soon as there is room.

We use it only to send you the invitation. Privacy

Voice notes

You talk. Tasky writes the tasks.

In the car, hands full, everything coming to mind at once? Press the microphone and say it the way you would out loud. Tasky transcribes, works out how many things are in there and suggests a task for each, with the right day and time.

  • Several things in one note: it separates them by itself
  • “Friday”, “the day after tomorrow at 10”, “end of the month”: they become real dates
  • It also works with the voice messages you receive on WhatsApp

Organised days

You say what. Tasky finds when.

You tell it once what your days are like: office, shop with a break, studying, home. From then on, for every task without a date or a time, Tasky picks the day and the hour: work in working hours, the rest in your free time, without filling your days to the brim.

  • It understands what kind of thing it is: the bank only when it's open, thinking work in the morning, errands all together
  • “By Friday” isn't “on Friday”: it picks the day, never past the deadline
  • Your lunch break stays yours, and after a long job there's a moment to breathe
  • The appointments you set are never moved; if two overlap, it tells you
  • Something falls through? It rearranges the rest, lets you know, and doesn't let a task be put off for ever

It learns from you

The more you use it, the better it knows you.

Everyone has their own pace. Tasky watches how your days really go and, after a few tasks, adjusts the plan: it doesn't organise you like any old diary, it organises you the way you do.

  • How long things really take you: if errands eat up more time than expected, it sets more aside
  • When you prefer to do things: if you always move phone calls to the afternoon, it puts them there
  • How much you manage in a day, so something isn't always left behind
  • What you tend to put off: it points it out and gets you to decide, today or in a week
  • It learns only from your own tasks, tells you plainly in your profile, and every habit can be switched off

Shared tasks

The things to do together, in one place at last.

The shopping with the people you live with, getting ready for a party, errands for your parents, a job with a colleague: share the task and add a list of items to tick off. Whoever ticks first, ticks for everyone, and you see who did what.

  • Up to 10 people per task, with the checklist always up to date
  • Whoever receives it decides whether to accept it and puts it in their own category
  • Share only with people you already know: you need their email. No directory, no searching for users

Get organised

See only what matters, when it matters.

Open Tasky and you find straight away what there is to do today. One tap on a day of the calendar and you see what's ahead; another on the filters and only the close deadlines, one category or the things still open are left.

  • “Today”, “To do” and “Due soon” views, and what you completed in the last week
  • Categories in your own colour, priorities, appointment times
  • The calendar of days with how many tasks you have in each
  • Morning summary, tomorrow's deadlines the evening before, reminders before appointments: you decide which

And then there's everything else

From emails to tasks

Forward an email or connect Gmail: Tasky works out who is asking you for what, and by when.

Your calendar

Connect Google Calendar and your events become suggestions with date and time, without copying them out.

Messages and screenshots

Share a message, a voice message or a screenshot from WhatsApp: Tasky does the rest.

You always decide

The artificial intelligence suggests, you confirm. Nothing enters your list without your OK.

On your phone, like an app

Add it to the Home screen on Android and iPhone; it works from a computer too.

Repeating tasks

Every Monday and Thursday, the 4th of every month until February: say it once and find them already in your list.

Real deadlines

A bill has a due date, a meeting has a day: Tasky treats them differently, as you would.

Nothing gets left behind

If a task keeps slipping, Tasky puts it at the top and asks you what to do with it.

Your data stays yours

Servers in Europe, no advertising, no directory of users. Delete everything whenever you like.

Themes

Dress it the way you like.

Choose Tasky's colour from your profile: the logo, the buttons, the whole app change. Special themes arrive during the year, for holidays and seasons, and each one brings its own jokes for the moments you spend waiting.

Questions

How much does it cost?

During the beta Tasky is free.

Do I need to install anything?

No: Tasky opens in the browser and can be added to the Home screen like an app, on Android and iPhone.

How do voice notes work?

Press the microphone and talk, for up to 3 minutes. Tasky transcribes the note and suggests one or more tasks. The audio is deleted as soon as it has been transcribed.

Does Tasky decide for me?

No. It picks the day and time only for tasks you haven't given them to, and marks them with a symbol. What you set is never moved, and you can always change what it chose. If you'd rather do everything by hand, planning can be switched off from your profile.

What does it learn about me?

Only what it needs to organise you better: how long you take compared with what you expected, at what time of day you prefer to do things, what you tend to put off. It looks only at your own tasks, doesn't compare them with anyone else's, tells you plainly in your profile, and every habit can be switched off.

Who sees the tasks I share?

Only the people you share them with, by writing their email. Tasky has no list of users and they can't be searched: you can share only with people you already know. You can stop sharing whenever you like.

Does Tasky read all my email?

Only if you connect Gmail, and only the incoming mail that passes your filters: newsletters, promotions and automatic notifications are skipped. You can also connect nothing and forward to Tasky only the emails you choose.

Where does my data go?

To servers in Europe (Frankfurt). The analysis is done by an artificial intelligence that does not use your data for training. Details in the privacy policy.

Which languages does Tasky speak?

Italian, English and Spanish, and Neapolitan for those who want it. Choose yours in the profile; voice notes are understood in Italian, English and Spanish.
